I have a small public park across the street from my apartment – it’s my favorite place to pop out during long stretches of working inside. WHAT INSPIRES YOU ABOUT THE WORK YOU DO?
My students. I see the tangible change they are making through exercise. I’m simply the cheerleader + my hope is to help my rockstars lead their best lives – both in body + mind.
HOW DO YOU LIVE ‘MINDFULLY?’
I pour my heart + soul into everything I do. I want each class, event, project to have purpose + meaning. I carefully reflect on how I spend my time + energy to ensure it makes sense with my life mission.
WHAT’S THE FIRST THING YOU DO WHEN YOU WAKE UP?
Nothing too unique, smash my alarm button + jump into the shower!
WHAT DOES YOUR MORNING ROUTINE LOOK LIKE?
I teach or train clients every morning very early, so I try to get a bit early to review programming + enjoy a cup of coffee to give me a boost!
WHAT’S YOUR GO-TO WORKOUT?
Oh so many to choose from. My top favorites are Pilates, Barre, TRX, Yoga, Cycling + Running.
WHAT’S THE ONE ITEM OF CLOTHING YOU WEAR THE MOST?
Sports bras, LOL!
WHAT DO YOU DO TO KEEP YOUR LIFE (AND CLOSET!) A LEAN, MEAN, CLUTTER-FREE MACHINE?
I consider myself a master scheduler – I can squeeze a lot of juice out of each day. I’ll admit, my closet / apartment can get neglected. I’m working on getting things more organized + decluttered – it’s not easy!
YOU’RE A BUSY BABE. HOW DO YOU BALANCE WORK, HEALTH, AND YOUR RELATIONSHIPS?
This is a really tough one. It’s truly a dance + I find it very difficult to feel successful in all areas at all times. I’m still working on finding a formula that works best for me + my husband. And it’s always changing, depending on current priorities! I value the importance of showing up + supporting my loved ones efforts. You never know how much you can help others until you try to hold space for them.
WHAT PODCASTS OR BLOGS DO YOU KEEP UP WITH?
I regularly listen to one podcast – The Career Passport with Jill Ozovek – she has monthly themes + powerhouse women who are insightful game changers in work + life. I always come away learning something new!

BUSINESS OR CASUAL? Casual. I sort of live in spandex!

NEW YORK OR LA? New York. Though I love Santa Monica / Venice!
